The deadline for applications is 29 March 2019.
Successful applicants will be notified on a rolling basis, at the latest by 5 April 2019.
Full payment must be received within 10 days of notification of a successful application.
Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer. Further details about the payment procedure will be available through your personal myTEB page if your application is successful.
N.B. The payment date is considered as the date in which payment is credited to the course account (not when the payment procedure is initiated; please take this into consideration, especially if your payment is being processed by your administration). If you need any help, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat .
N.B. Cash refunds will not be available under any circumstances.
If you need a visa to enter Italy (check http://vistoperitalia.esteri.it/home/en), contact the necessary authorities once your application has been accepted. Please pay particular attention to this issue since delays could severely compromise your participation.

Each participant is responsible for arranging personal insurance coverage for the duration of the Advanced Course (e.g., accident, liability and health insurance for travel and stay abroad, including evacuation, theft insurance for one's personal effects, etc).
The organisers are not liable for any costs or damages. For the whole duration of the Advanced Course, the organisers shall not be liable for any damages to people or property caused by sovereign acts of any government, acts of nature or by third parties.
